Jeetesh is a management consultant with more than 25 years of experience helping organisations define strategy, align execution, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Jeetesh has worked across a range of sectors globally, with particular experience in financial and professional services. He founded Echo Advisory in 2019 to help organisations bridge the gap between strategic intent and practical execution.

Under his leadership, the business has expanded across strategy advisory and human capital, supporting clients across EMEA, particularly South Africa, the UAE and the EU.

Jaysheela Kathawaroo

Director and Echo Human Capital practice lead

Jaysheela brings experience across legal, business process outsourcing, and client delivery environments, with particular exposure to the insurance, banking, and retail sectors.

Before Echo Advisory, Jaysheela worked with international clients across a range of operational and client-facing environments. She now leads Echo Human Capital, helping organisations identify and secure high-quality leadership and specialist talent.
